How to make grilled Chicken Parmesan.

  • Heat your gas grill to medium high and bring the grill temp up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  • Make sure the grill grates are clean. 
  • Take Boneless Skinless chicken breast that are sliced very thin and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts on the grill grates directly over the heat.
  • Grill for 5 minutes with the grill lid closed. Open the lid and flip the chicken breasts.
  • Place 1 to 3 tablespoons of red sauce on top of the breasts depending on how big the chicken breasts are. Let cook for two minutes then add mozzarella cheese over the chicken breasts. 
  • Close the lid and grill for another 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Spread red sauce on the serving plate.
  • Remove the grilled chicken parmesan off the grill with a pair of tongs and spatula and place on the serving plate with the red sauce.
  • Finish the dish with some chopped fresh parsley.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of sliced thin chicken breast
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Cups of Tomato Sauce
  • Chopped Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley

Instructions

Heat your gas grill to medium high and bring the grill temp up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Make sure the grill grates are clean.

Take Boneless Skinless chicken breast that are sliced very thin and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts on the grill grates directly over the heat.

Grill for 5 minutes with the grill lid closed. Open the lid and flip the chicken breasts.

Place 1 to 3 tablespoons of red sauce on top of the breasts depending on how big the chicken breasts are. Let cook for two minutes then add mozzarella cheese over the chicken breasts.

Close the lid and grill for another3 to 4 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Spread red sauce on the serving plate.

Remove the grilled chicken parmesan off the grill with a pair of tongs and spatula and place on the serving plate with the red sauce.

Finish the dish with some chopped fresh parsley.

Notes

Chopped Basil can be used instead of the chopped parsley
