What is Broccolini?
Broccolini is similar to Broccoli but it is actually in the Cabbage Family. It has long slender stalks and a smaller floret head. This makes for a quick cooking time. It has a more mild flavor compared to Broccoli and also has a faint sweetness.
How do you grill Broccolini?
Because Broccolini is so slender, cooking time is very short. For this recipe, Broccolini is added to a cast iron skillet and roasted on the grill.
