  • Grill for another 4 minutes. 
  • Remove from grill. Because this is a thin piece of meat grill time is short.

Ingredients

  • 1.25 pounds of Boneless Top Chuck Steak
  • 1 Bottle Christmas Ale
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • Kosher Salt

Instructions

Slice each top chuck steak into two long pieces

Place in mixing bowl

Add Christmas Ale, 2 Bay Leaves, and 1 teaspoon Allspice to beef.

Marinate from 6 hours up to 12 hours.
