  • Lay the tortilla flat on a cutting board.
  • Place cooked egg, chopped ham, and shredded cheese on one side of the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle dehydrated green onion over the filling.
  • Fold the tortilla in half and lay on direct low heat on grill.
  • Rotate after 2 minutes. Flip after another 2 minutes.
  • Grill Quesadillas for another 2 minutes. Rotate and grill until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Sized flour tortillas
  • 6 eggs
  • 3.5 ounce ham steak
  • shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • dehydrated green onion
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 1 plum tomato
  • chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Lay the flour tortilla flat on a cutting board.

Place cooked egg, chopped ham, and shredded cheese on one side of the tortilla.
