Creator of Sear Marks Bio
I’m Drew and I’m the creator of Sear Marks. I’ve been grilling in the back yard for 30 years in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I’ve also worked as a consultant to chefs and restaurant owners to help improve recipe quality and introduce new ingredients to cook with. I created Sear Marks because I wanted to provide a grilling and outdoor cooking blog that inspires grillers to step outside there normal grilling routine.
