Ingredients
- 1 1 pound Salmon fillet
- 1 Cedar Plank
- For seasoning
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of lime zest
- 1 pinch coriander
- 1 pinch Aleppo chili powder
- 1 pinch cracked pepper
- 1 pinch dried dill
Instructions
Prepare the season blend in a small mixing bowl
Combine salt, pepper, Aleppo pepper, Dried Dill, Lime Zest, Coriander
Coat the top of the Salmon with the seasoning mix
Clean your grill. Make sure the grill grates have no old residue.
Heat the grill to 450 degrees
